About the Tour

After leaving Nairobi to drive north passing through Chania falls, pineapple plantations, papyrus reeds growing on the roadside, coffee plantation on the way and later, arriving in Muranga town formally Fort Hall (have lunch at your own place). Proceed to the sacred tree – the “Mugumo” i.e fig tree. This area is known by the dialect (“Mukuruwe – ini wa Nyagathanga” there is a small museum and guide will give you the history of the Kikuyu cultural tradition e.t.c, return to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon.
